These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Make My Evite (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Make My Evite lets you design online invitations, send them to guests by email and (optionally) SMS, and collect RSVP responses. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported in part by advertising.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (event details, guest lists, and messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — for example, to deliver your invitations and display RSVP responses.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Invitations and RSVPs are automatically removed approximately one day after the event date, and we do not guarantee long-term storage of any data.
The Service relies on third parties — including Google AdSense, Google Sign-In, email and SMS providers, and hosting and database providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third parties' own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invitations or messages will always be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make My Evite and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
